Return & Exchange Policy

At V8 Racing Center, we want you to be confident in every purchase. Please review our policy below before requesting a return or exchange.

Defective Products

If your product arrives defective or develops a manufacturing defect, we accept it for a full return. Contact us with your order number and a description (or photo/video) of the issue, and we'll arrange a return and refund or replacement.

Non-Defective Products

If you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong item, we do not offer returns. Instead, we offer an exchange only, and only if the following conditions are met:

• The product is unopened and still in its original, sealed packaging
• The product has not been used, installed, or unboxed
• All original tags, accessories, and documentation are intact

Products that have been unboxed, opened, or used are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defect as outlined above.
